Flagship program · Most impact for organizations

Don't just train your team.
Rebuild how your organization responds to conflict.

When the same patterns keep escalating across your organization, generic training stops working. Our Corporate Partnership program embeds HCI methodology into your leadership, HR, and culture — calibrated to your size and stage. A year-long engagement with measurable outcomes, structured around your three biggest conflict cost-drivers.

What partnership orgs get:

  • An annual diagnostic that maps your conflict cost-drivers — escalations, attrition, complaints, retention — and gives leadership a real baseline.
  • Embedded training across HR, leadership, and customer-facing teams — calibrated to your roles and rolled out in cohorts across the year.
  • Live case consultation with HCI experts on the cases consuming the most management time. Quarterly reviews with leadership.
  • Outcome reporting — measurable changes in escalation volume, complaint resolution time, and team retention across the engagement.

Three tiers · Calibrated to your org size

Tier 1

Conflict Ready

Foundation training for leadership and HR. Diagnostic assessment, methods playbook, quarterly cohorts.

Tier 3

Conflict Proof

Full organizational embed. Train-the-trainer licensing, executive coaching, on-call expert support.

What your team will learn

When high-conflict behavior derails communication, decision-making, and operations.

High-conflict situations cost organizations in measurable ways: litigation, license complaints, retention losses, broken customer relationships, and the chronic drag of toxic culture. Our conflict resolution training gives your staff clear, practical methods to recognize, respond to, and reduce that cost — the kind of workplace conflict management skills they can apply the same day.

  • Recognize high-conflict behavior early — before it derails a project, a case, or a team.
  • Communicate clearly and calmly under pressure, in writing and in person.
  • Reduce escalation with predictable, structured tools your team can apply consistently.
  • Maintain boundaries with difficult employees, customers, or stakeholders without inflaming the situation.
  • Support clients, employees, and stakeholders more effectively in their hardest moments.
  • Improve safety, decision-making, and workflow consistency across your operation.
  • Strengthen your organization's processes for managing conflict from the inside out.

Not ready for a year-long partnership?

A Corporate Partnership isn't always the right fit. Here are two other ways HCI works with organizations — a focused custom training built around your team, or a keynote speaker for your event.

Built around your team

Custom Training

Tailored training built around your team's actual cases, roles, and culture.

Delivered onsite or live virtual. Half-day workshops or multi-session programs designed around the specific situations your team is facing — escalating customers, internal complaints, parent meetings, court-adjacent disputes, or anything in between. Every program is built around your scenarios, not generic ones.

Common questions

Questions organizations ask first.

How much does conflict resolution training for organizations cost?

It depends on scope. One-off custom training and keynote engagements are quoted per event based on your team size and format. Our flagship Corporate Partnership runs in three annual tiers starting at $36K. Request a custom proposal and we'll match pricing to your organization.

Is the training delivered virtually or in person?

Both. Most engagements can be delivered virtually, and we travel onsite for keynotes, workshops, and multi-session intensives. We'll recommend the format that best fits your team, timeline, and budget.

Can the training be customized to our industry?

Yes — every engagement is built around your environment. We've delivered conflict-management training to legal, healthcare, government, education, financial services, customer-facing, and corporate teams, designed around the recurring high-conflict situations your people actually face.

How is this different from generic conflict resolution training?

Most conflict training assumes everyone is acting in good faith and can be reasoned with. HCI focuses on the small percentage of high-conflict people who drive the majority of complaints and escalations — and equips your team with structured methods like BIFF Response® and EAR Statements™ that work specifically with that pattern.

Do you offer continuing education credits?

Many of our workplace programs are eligible for SHRM and HRCI continuing-education credits. Credit eligibility varies by program — ask us about the specific training you're considering and we'll confirm what's available.

How do we get started?
