HCI's Flagship Credentials

Credentialed expertise in high-conflict work.

For professionals — attorneys, clinicians, HR, ombuds, and coaches who want their high-conflict expertise to be formally recognized.

Multi-month, advanced-level programs by Bill Eddy and Megan Hunter — self-paced coursework plus two live sessions with the program lead, scheduled at your convenience. On completion, you earn an HCI credential, a digital badge, a public Find-a-Provider listing, and ongoing access to materials and cohort community.

The deeper credential, not the one-day workshop.

Why certify

Three things you get that a workshop doesn't deliver.

Workshops teach you a method. Certification proves you've mastered it — and gives you the credential, the community, and the visibility that comes with that.

01

Credentialed expertise

A formal HCI credential you can put on your LinkedIn, your business card, and your CE record. Recognized internationally across legal, mental health, HR, and ombuds settings.

02

Ongoing access

Lifetime access to the materials, downloadable worksheets, periodic refreshers, and a private cohort community of fellow certified professionals.

03

Public directory listing

After certification, you're eligible for listing in HCI's public Find-a-Provider directory — visible to attorneys, judges, courts, and individuals searching for trained help.

Four certification tracks

Pick the track that maps to your work.

Each certification is tailored to a specific professional context. The underlying HCI methods are the same — the cases, the language, and the assessment are tuned for your discipline.
