High-conflict divorce runs on doing the opposite of what you feel like doing.
Co-parenting with a high-conflict ex can mean false accusations, repeated court threats, and children caught in the middle, while well-meaning advice from friends makes things worse. Based on the High Conflict Personality theory, these sessions explain what's going on in the other person's mind and how to manage the relationship during and after the divorce, including financial issues (child support and asset division) and guidance for grandparents.
