Megan Hunter, MBA

Co-founder and CEO of the High Conflict Institute — Megan has trained business, public-service, legal, education, and mental-health professionals across the U.S. and internationally on managing high-conflict personalities. She brings 13 years in policy, legislation, and judicial training with the Arizona Supreme Court, plus 5 years with the Dawes County Attorney's Office in Nebraska.

She is the founder and publisher of Unhooked Books, the U.S.-based media company publishing the most widely read titles in the high-conflict field. Megan holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Business and Economics from Chadron State College.

Past board roles include President of the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Family & Conciliation Courts, President of the Arizona Family Support Council, and 5 years on the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners. She co-hosts the popular podcast It's All Your Fault! with Bill Eddy.

Who is this certification for?

What is the format?
A 10-week on-demand course you complete at your own pace, plus two 1-hour Live Lab™ sessions with an HCI coach on Zoom for personalized practice. After the certification, you have ongoing access to the Q&A laboratory.
How long do I have to complete it?
You have ongoing access to the course materials. Most participants finish the 10-week curriculum within 10–14 weeks alongside their day job.
What is included?
The 10-week course, 2× Live Lab coaching sessions with an HCI coach, post-certification Q&A Lab access, three bonus tools (BIFF Worksheet, EAR Examples, Decisions Checklist), Certificate of Completion, and email support.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes — pay in full at $1,997 or split into three monthly payments of $697. Professional development funds and employer reimbursement are commonly used.
Will I get CE credits?
Acceptance depends on your licensing body. You'll receive a Certificate of Completion that you can submit to your board per their regulations.
Is there a free trial?
